Experience:
Dr. Umbuzeiro graduated in Biology in the State University of Campinas- UNICAMP (1979), master’s and in Genetics and Molecular Biology from UNICAMP (1985) and Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology from UNICAMP (1990). She has been a visiting Professor at NIEHS and USEPA and a full professor at State University of Campinas – Faculty of Technology -UNICAMP.
She worked for 22 years for the Environmental Protection Agency of the São Paulo State of Brazil (CETESB). There, she was president of the Mutagen Society Member of the Editorial Board of Environmental Molecular Mutagenesis journal. Dr. Umbuzeiro is an expert and a member of the UNESCO-International Initiative on water quality Experts Advisory Group.

Experience:
Dr Rider designs and evaluates results from toxicological studies of chemicals selected for investigation by the NTP. She is particularly interested in developing methods for assessing mixture toxicity based on data from individual chemicals.
Dr. Rider received her B.S. from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA in Environmental Studies and Biology and her Ph.D. from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC in Environmental Toxicology. She completed post-doctoral training in the Reproductive Toxicology Branch of the National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory, U. S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University.

He received the ACS Harry Gray Award for Creative Work in Inorganic Chemistry by a Young Investigator (2016). He is on the:
