After your event is over, please complete the Evaluation and Summary of Outcomes and consider sharing your soilSHOP story with us. Email soilSHOP@cdc.gov to tell us more about your soilSHOP (event name, location, date, duration, and point of contact), and we'll add it to our Stories from the Field page!

  2. Send an email to soilSHOP@cdc.gov to tell us about your event. Please include the following:
    1. soilSHOP/Event name
    2. Location
    3. Date
    4. Duration
    5. Primary contact
    6. Event website, if available
